Job Description

Main Job Responsibilities:

Candidates should be experienced in Credit Life business and experience with PSU Banks set up is preferred. Strong Banca experience will be advantageous and should be open to travelling.

Target Achievement.

Increase penetration.

Relationship Management skills: both with Banks and Sales teams at all levels.

Coordination with Banks Manage allocated Focus(high potential) branches.

Coordination with Key persons (credit officers, Marketing teams, branch Manager) of the Banks for increasing Credit Life business.

Coordination with Sales teams.

Ensure timely closure of applications for faster issuance.

Business Development (citing new avenues of expanding business with in the Banks/RRB and onboarding new Master Policy).

Passion of networking & developing relationships.

Wanting to work towards the well being of society by providing peace of mind to customers.

Ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach.

Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets.

Is driven by working hard thereby generate wealth for self and the family.

Highly self motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.
