Role and Responsibilities: 1. Adherence of shipment export plan as communicated & confirmed by Sales & planning team 2. Order processing and monitoring the same in SAP 3. On time updation of Export sheet to provide visibility of execution plan 4. Communicate & ensure the receipt of DO from Freight forwarder as per export plan. 5. Advance information to all relevant stake holders including customers for dispatch planning 6. Ensure on time dispatch of material according to customer s request. 7. Verification of pre and post export documentation including Letter of Credit Documentation. 8. Get updates from freight forwarder and CHA about future uncertainties. 9. Advance information to GST office about the Export dispatch as defined in Export / Excise procedure. 10. Vendor payment tracking and follow up. 11. Ensure on time communication & dispatch of documents to all relevant internal & external stake holder after shipment. 12. Timely submission of documents to bank to avoid delay in shipment clearance at destination port/ Customer. 13. Process pre-shipment and post shipment documents and assist to team member. 14. Collect courier details from submission of documents to finance and maintain the same. 15. Timely submission of documents to custom to avail all export benefit 16. Keep a regular follow-up with customs / Consultants for availing export benefit 17. To take all export benefit from statutory bodies against the export done. Viz. Duty draw back, Incremental, Advance license etc. 18. Timely submission of proof of export to relevant statutory bodies viz. Custom, GST, any other. 19. Ensure that Letter of Undertaking / Bond / License with GST dept. is valid always and apply for renewal one month prior to expiry. 20. Ensure to collect original customs attested invoice, packing list & EP copy from CHA on time 21. Support the line manager or team member for ongoing or new projects & any other support required in Function. 22. Extend support to the team in case of shortage of manpower or extra workload. Educational Background: Graduate in any stream. Mandatory Skills required: 1.SAP Knowledge 2.Better Communication Skill 3.EXIM Knowledge 4.Excel Knowledge
