Job Summary

-Lead generation function for IT companies.

- Primarily responsible for Lead generation and Revenue generation through freelancing websites such as upwork & freelancer.

- Responsible for promoting/selling offshore based IT services and solutions

- Fair understanding of IT industry, typical services, client expectations, how deals are structured

- Must be comfortable speaking with high level decision makers

- Nurturing leads for presentations and demos. Active follow-up with prospects through phone and email.

- Consultative sales focus with cross selling approach

- General understanding of the market customers & competitors

- Lead database creation and management if required.

- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship building skills

- Energetic, self-driven, quick learner and a good team player

- Willing to work & grow in a Sales Organization

- This Position is for Inside Sales Team based in Lucknow with Normal shift work timings.


Qualification :

1. Technical background (IT) would be Preferred.

2. Preferred Educational Qualification: B.E./B.TECH/ MCA + MBA (International Sales)

3. Mandatory Requirements : Strong Presentation/Documentation/Communication skills.

4. Minimum Exp : 5+ years.
