The Role:
As a Full Stack Engineer at Sprinto, you will be a key contributor to our high-impact engineering team. You will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our cutting-edge platform. We are looking for a passionate and versatile engineer who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues effectively and efficiently.
- Stay abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes and tools.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong foundation in web technologies.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Node.js, Ruby).
- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience with back-end technologies (e.g., databases, APIs, cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for building high-quality, user-centric software.
- A strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.
