Job Summary

SpringML is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will partner closely with executive leaders by advising on a search strategy to identify the candidates for their roles. This role is responsible for talent attraction and engagement for technical profiles. We are a tight-knit, friendly team of passionate and driven people. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate with a deep sense of urgency in an extremely competitive recruiting landscape.
  • Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their needs and requirements.
  • Partner closely with executive leaders by advising on a search strategy to identify the candidates for their roles.
  • Source active and passive candidates through Social Media, employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists, and research.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 years of experience in an outbound sourcing capacity identifying and engaging passive non-tech & technical candidates of various experience levels.
  • Full lifecycle recruiting experience in a corporate setting recruiting for technical engineering talent.
  • Experience building partnerships and effectively influencing clients and executive stakeholders.
