Job Summary
Should be well versed in fire-fighting systems and products, sprinkler systems, etc. Similar experience in fire-protection industry preferred. excellent communications skills required. Positive attitude with pro-active mind-set.
1) Shall be responsible for making new Clients of the Company in different regions across the (Pan India
2) Should be able to efficiently handle the entire sales team.
3) Owning and hitting/exceeding monthly sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
4) Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
5) Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
6) Responsible for preparing reports/ MIS of business transactions.
7) Informing customer of estimated delivery schedule, service contracts, warranty, or other information pertaining to products.
8) Compiling lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads.
9) Responsible for preparing sales contracts as and when order received.
10) Consults with customer regarding installation, set-up, or layout of equipment and machines.
11) Responsible to generate sales in the assigned area for the Product and be accountable for the overall performance of the assigned area.
12) Plan and implement comprehensive sales plan for the assigned area that would contribute towards revenue and profit achievements.
13) Responsible to establish and build sustainable relationships with the customers and partners.
14) Responsible to work in close coordination with marketing team with regards to promotion, product launches, etc.
15) Provide market Intelligence to Regional Sales Manager & Marketing team.
16) Responsible to generate opportunities for cross divisional sales.
Additional Responsibilities:
17) Working on Demand Forecast for assigned area.
18) Identifying product Gaps and Launch new products.
19) Continuous Development of Self / Team / Partner / Market.
Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In
Salary: 50,000 - 80,000 per month
