Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

Define the needed design tasks to develop the product

Estimate the time task needs

Schedule the project with appropriated resources

Follow the execution, and compensate for deviation

Deliver on-time project, with expected cost & performance

Use of Lean tools, like MS-Project and SharePoint

Lean: chase any of the 7 wastes in Engineering

Make appropriated PCM presentations

Ensure a Time-To-Market always shorter, ahead of competition.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate with Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Design and development (from automotive / engineering industries)
Automation experience from R&D required.

Experience Required :

10 to 15 Years
