Job Description:
SAP Vistex Functional Consultant: Prior implementation / Support experience in SAP SD and Vistex is mustIT Systems Analysis work focuses on designing information systems that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture including: Collecting and analyzing information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system; Preparing flow charts, models, and procedures and conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions; Estimating the costs of system solutions and preparing project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources; Preparing and maintaining technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system; Leverages agile methodology to design and configure solutions; Works closely with business to develop required training, change management and operations process; Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications and provide support; Looks for opportunities to automate business process with technology, and may provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.
Qualifications:
_x0095_ Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or other related field.
_x0095_ 10+ years of sound experience in SAP development process, strong experience in implementation of VISTEX on SAP ECC is a must.
_x0095_ SAP Vistex functional Consultant will oversee and support project across multiple business functions with specialization in Rebate Program (agreements, IP documents, claims accruals and settlements)
_x0095_ Strong functional knowledge in SAP SD, OTC (Order To Cash) & FI.
_x0095_ Experience in Composite model of Vistex for Vendor and Customer rebates processing, which includes - Tracking screen, calculation run and settlements for Rebates and accruals & claims - Designing agreements with different scenarios for Rebates
_x0095_ sound experience in Gathering/Understanding functional requirements, performing configurations & required setup.
_x0095_ Ability to transform business needs into technical solutions and drive solution through Vistex towards IT strategies and initiatives. Managing creation and revisions of SAP Vistex processes and business procedures
_x0095_ Performing detailed integration/functional testing; conducting user training and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
_x0095_ Preparing detailed systems documentation, test scripts, best practices, and business process & procedures
_x0095_ Analyze and document ongoing internal customer requests for additional features, functionality, integrations
_x0095_ Experience in leading design activities for specific applications, including configuring SAP/third party applications.
_x0095_ Work with functional areas (Sales, Purchasing, Finance) to elicit and document requirements. Troubleshooting of SAP Vistex and related third party solutions.
_x0095_ Collaborating with the technical team to evaluate design alternatives and optimizing design solutions and minimizing the impact on performance.
_x0095_ Well versed in the latest development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, DevOps and test driven development
