Handling Team of 3 to 4 sales executive.

Motivating the team members to achieve individual as well as group targets.

Sales of industrial safety products using latest technology and business leads received over email and B2B websites.

Understanding customer requirements / applications and suggesting them right products / solutions.

Follow-up with customers regarding quotation forwarded, price negotiation, PO and PO execution.

Co-ordination with production / logistics departments for delivery of goods,Payment realization.
