Job Summary
Job Description:
- Experience in end to end recruitment, preferably from IT sector
- Experienced in handling job posting over job portals, social media and other channels
- Assist HR team in implementing HR policies
- Coordinate with the other teams and gather requirements for recruitment
- Manage onboarding and induction of new hires
- Coordinate with the respective teams for training activities
- Experience in handling employee engagement activities
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Master Degree in MBA
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with a positive attitude
- Good presentation skills
- Knowledge in preparing PPTs and HR Reports
- A Great team player
