Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced customer success engineer or a solution architect to play the pivotal role in helping customers understand data security in the context of the cloud and how we can protect their business. In this role you will use your knowledge and experience to influence customer decisions, provide insightful solutions to various data security problems, and drive successful proof of value implementations. Someone who can hit the ground running with strong technical capabilities, applying critical and creative thinking to solve complex data security problems would be best suited for this role. This role will also have a sales quota tied to it proportional to the sales team s net revenue generated. Required Skills Strong presentation skills and effective communication. Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team player. 6+ years of customer-facing experience in information technology, with hands-on technical experience in enterprise corporate environments. Knowledge of cloud offerings such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and DevOps background. Understanding of operational parameters and troubleshooting for compute, storage, networking, databases, DevOps, big data and analytics, security, and applications development. Familiarity with multiple programming languages preferred. Understanding of enterprise architectures and cloud technologies.
