Job Summary

Job Summary :

Review the documents received from correspondent lenders to satisfy the conditions added by PPR, Eligibility Review and Compliance Review team. Auditor to perform the required Data Entry and further review steps as per the document received from Correspondent lender

Knowledge, Skills & Ability:

  • Knowledge of Mortgage Origination
  • Knowledge in Correspondent Pre-purchase Review and Underwriting
  • Knowledge of different types of mortgage and its functioning and ability to read various documents involved in Application, Processing , Underwriting, Closing, Funding
  • Good communication skills (Written and Verbal) are required to understand and communicate with the vendors/clients
  • Strong Customer Service Skills, Detail Oriented with good analytical skills and have the ability to make decisions based on the situation
  • Good email etiquette and listening skills
  • Ability to analyze the numbers and reconcile the data if required as per the clients Requirements.
  • Experience with reporting and analysis
  • Ability to handle and accomplish multiple tasks and resolve it and must be a team player
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Should be able to effectively use a computer

    • Responsibilities :

  • Understand the clients policies and procedures
  • Follow the rules and regulations specified as per the clients SOP
  • Create worksheet and job aids in Pre Purchase Review
  • Review files and meet the SLAs specific to client

    • Education Qualifications:

  • HSC Mandatory
  • Any graduation

    • Additional Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years Mortgage experience
  • Should be flexible working in night shifts
  • Has to be open to working extended periods/weekends when necessary
  • Computer Skills comfortable with MS office
