Basic Job Responsibility:

He/She should have the ability to learn the UI framework created for the product. Candidates should know how to extend and work on the framework and create a beautiful UI/UX. Experience in creating responsive solutions as well as creating visually appealing web pages or interfaces. Creating and editing or modifying template for web development framework.

KRAs:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
  

• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
  

• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
  

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  

• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
  

• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
  

• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
  

Skills & Abilities:

• Experience in graphics, layout as well as development involving compatibility and seamless integration with various technologies.
  

• Excellent working knowledge of Adobe design tools-Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver and adobe Illustrator
  

• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
  

• Self-directed team player who thrives in a continually changing environment.
  

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Education:

• Graduate in computers/ Diploma in Web Design.
  

• Expertise in CSS, HTML.
  

• Good Knowledge and working experience with Photoshop.
  

Professional Certification:

• Certificate in Multimedia and designing would be an additional advantage.
  

Experience

2-4 years of relevant experience.
