Job Summary

The Role Presales Consultant will play a key role in enabling sales for faster sales cycle. Participate in Process Discovery / Assessment workshops and re-engineer process flows quickly Utilize Business Process modeling, analysis, and design experience to assess the end-to-end process and identify suitable processes for automation, taking into account the process complexity, input type, etc. to create a high level to be state Understand Soroco product suite to create quick proposals Baseline AHT, volumes, FTEs, SLA, etc. for the AS-IS process Utilize soroco suite to create the to be state Create proposals at a use case and a program level along with automation roadmap and strategy Help define and finalize to-be process flow and prioritize use cases for automation Work closely with the sales team and product team to create best in class proposal The Candidate An Automation Presales Consultant will be entrepreneurial in nature, ready to come up with new solutions, open to receiving new ideas to ensure deliverables meet the required standards. They should play a key role in creating proposals quickly and effectively to capture as-is process and map to-be process vision in alignment with client automation objective and roadmap. Key Requirements and Qualifications: 10 yrs. of experience in Business Process Analysis and presales consulting 1+ yrs. of experience in automation technologies with experience in building RPA solutions Must have experience in automation assessment work to drive key outcomes Experience in building process improvements and process reengineering models Exposure in the areas of enterprise architecture, Al and Machine Learning will be beneficial Independent, self-driven Problem-solving attitude Analytical skills
