Job Summary

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Responsible for the end-to-end creation and delivery of sales process and programs to our global teams. Define and deliver key business analytics and metrics packages to internal stakeholders. Lead weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting cadence for all regions with Sales and Channels head Operational planning for sales including quota / target assignment, account assignment, territory creation, and headcount planning. Driving business process, workflow creation & re-engineering and productivity improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Has 8 + years of operations experience working in high-growth companies (preferably SaaS/Software) Experience spearheading a team of sales ops analysts towards common goal. Can turn highly analytical work (in tools such as Salesforce, Tableau) into something extremely easy to digest and action. Excellent communication skills, partnership capabilities, attention to detail and a devotion to customer success. Thrives in fast-paced/high-growth environments and dealing with ambiguity/ changing priorities Comfortable building senior-level relationships in and outside of the Sales organization Is excited by the opportunity to continue to learn and grow
