Job Summary

Key Job Roles and Requirements: 1. Assess existing processes and make improvement recommendations based on customer experience, cycle time and risk/reward analysis. 2. Work on problems of diverse scope, develop solutions to technology challenges and deliver the requirements before the deadlines. 3. Coordinate meetings with key stakeholders, document and distribute meeting minutes, ensure actions items are completely on time, communicate project status, escalate issues to management as appropriate. 4. Support teams through all phases of the project including knowledge transition phase. 5. Embrace new technologies and work with various tools and technologies to achieve desired functionality and adhere to industry standards, principles, and practices. 6. Be an individual contributor or mentor/lead small teams, to develop work product, lead specific project initiatives, and act as a subject matter expert on such projects. Skills and Requirements: 1. Candidate needs to be comfortable interacting with Business stakeholders, Cross-functional/technical team members to design, project-manage and implement solutions. 2. The ideal candidate should be solutions-oriented, dynamic team player who will operate as a technical and process thought leader as well as strong business analyst and advisor. 3. Demonstration ability to consistently achieve this while continuing to improve the knowledge and skills will define success for this role. 4. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Ability to difference between urgent and important tasks.
