You are in charge of developing nuanced products out of complex requirements. This means delivering products above and beyond what is expected. This role is not just about taking specifications and creating what is asked for. Its about listening to market conditions, analyzing business processes, and identifying the impactful products that help the organization grow.
You will be
Involved in technical aspect of the product.
Playing a critical role in Techno-Functional Solution binding.
Responsible for driving agile practices within the organization
Experience in Team management as a scrum master..
Motivating people and helping them to reach their maximum potential.
Responsible for smooth execution of project life cycle like Capacity planning, Risk Management, Skill Management, etc.
Owing the end to end delivery of the product releases & communication with different stakeholders.
Must Have:
- Bachelors degree(in Computer Science)/MCA or equivalent with intensive Software Industry experience.
- Experience with modern languages development practices and frameworks (such as Java/Springboot/Microservices).
- Experience in Devops tool like Docker/Kubernetes etc.
- Effectively communicate with others through presentations, remote working sessions, and face-to-face interactions.
- Worked in an agile environment and understands agile practices.
