Job Summary

Should have experience either in personal care, beverages, commodity, snacks or biscuits & confectionary division.
Should have knowledge of General Trade.
Accountable for FMCG sales product at all the channels including GT, MT & Institutional.
Manage the existing and new csa & distributor for business generation.
Handle the team at town level and direct them for business and revenue generation.
Prepare DSR reports on daily basis.
Maintain the Monthly Sale MIS data.
Coordinate with manager reading proper supply of products at all outlets.
Generate the new business and effective planning for business development
Team management with zero free conflict management.
Highly accountable for individual and team development.
Effective leadership quality of managing the team of 10 People.
Should have knowledge of MS-Office.

Only candidates having experience in FMCG Industry shall apply.

Candidate should be from Rajasthan state only.

Qualification :
Bachelor's

Experience Required :

5 to 8 Years
