Job Summary
  • Covers markets/outlets, groups on agreed frequencies as per MJP/PJP.
  • Plan and priorities personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims in terms of budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and time scales. Manage product service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed objectives.
  • Coordinate the dispatches across the territory via depots mapping and ensure unloading at the depot.
  • Ensures inter depot transfers of goods as and when directed by company/ ASM.
  • Prepares document on damage/ expired stocks and supports destruction of the same in line with approvals.
  • Empowering the outlet with regards to the price and discounts
  • Increase WOD by attracting new Outlets with introduction of SOM brands in the Outlet.
  • Providing timely feedback to the reporting officer on the product performance and demand in the territory and depots level
  • Increasing key initiatives in adherence to the sales by expanding the territory span and acquiring new distributors in the market
  • Ensuring the on-time payment collection from the depots
  • Plan /carryout/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and time scales and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities.eg. Product launches and promotions. Ensure the availability of stock in the allocated depots
  • Coordinating with concerned ASM for the placing the right SKU at right place on right time.
  • Build relationship with owner or cashier of outlets and solve outlet queries on the product and price level. Ensure outlet satisfaction by consistent support on the stock returns.
  • Effective control on the operational costs in depots
  • Timely submission of the work report on the aforementioned responsibilities to the management.
  • Maintains stock rotation and stock freshness and ensures no penalty or demurrages on account of slow movements of stocks.
