The Role

The purpose of the role is to ensure all service delivery level agreements from Omni to Retail are met.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ensuring Order acceptance timelines are maintained

Ensuring Orders are packed & ready for dispatch as per SDD and NDD slots

Publish pendency report twice every day

Publish open return report every day

Ensuring packaging material availability at stores from the warehouse

Managing the returns communication and process

Being the First point of contact for stores for orders not getting processed, no pick-up issues

Responsible to maintain Endless Aisle margin as per target

Coordinate with Regional Manager, Area Manager & Store managers to drive sales

Follow up with stores & ARMs to close return orders

Train & Align Store teams on overall Omni Channel strategy & parameters and their responsibilities.

Managing escalations related to the OMNI channel

Aligning training and information flow between stores and different teams managing the channel partners

Ensuring timely reporting of various KPIs related to fulfillment, orders, picking, and the margin for omni-related orders

Movement of damaged products to WH

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• Anyone with a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 4 years of total experience in a similar position can apply
• Must have prior experience in a similar role
• Should be a graduate/postgraduate
