Job Summary

Key Result Areas:

  • Spends 25-50% of time in reviewing code, creating POCs and related R&D activities and the rest in development

  • Managing development processes, workflow and notes

  • Defines the base architecture of the application based on the requirements

  • Generating bug-free code and compliance of SOW

  • When required managing client communication for projects assigned

  • Handle technical issues and resolve client queries

  • Research and recommend technical enhancements in existing projects

  • Be flexible to manage projects on varied technologies

  • Take the initiative in the technical revolution and technical transformation in the company

  • Create a technical growth plan and audit the progress with regular feedback and motivation

  • Making sure that anything committed adheres to code quality standards (by other team members as well)

  • Mentoring of team in terms of new developments and technologies

  • Supporting team members for technical growth, impart training and supervise their work



Requirements

  • High proficiency & hands on experience in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Micro services, WCF and Web API.
  • Familiarity with any of the databases MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Non-Relational Databases (Elasticsearch, MongoDB)
  • Thorough in Object Oriented Design
  • Experience in cloud based technologies such as Amazon S3, AWS and Microsoft Azure
  • Knowledge and experience in Architectural and Design Patterns
  • Experience in working with, Solr,Message Queues is a plus
  • 5+ years hands on industry experience
  • Be a university degree holder or a self-learner, we welcome anyone who is passionate about software engineering principles and best practices
