Tech Lead - Backend Technologies [nodejs / Javascript Practice] Job in Solutelabs

• Spending 25-50% of the time in reviewing code, creating POCs and related R&D activities and the rest in development
  
• Managing development processes, workflow and notes
  
• Defines the base architecture of the application based on the requirements
  
• Generating bug-free code and compliance of SOW
  
• When required managing client communication for projects assigned
  
• Handle technical issues and resolve client queries
  
• Research and recommend technical enhancements in existing projects
  
• Be flexible to manage projects on varied technologies
  
• Take the initiative in the technical revolution and technical transformation in the company
  
• Create a technical growth plan and audit the progress with regular feedback and motivation
  
• Making sure that anything committed adheres to code quality standards (by other team members as well)
  
• Mentoring of the team in terms of new developments and technologies
  
• Supporting team members for technical growth, impart training and supervise their work
  

• Acts as a technical expert/mentor for team
  
• Intimating and adopting new developments in technology
  
• Supporting HR in technical rounds of selection process
  
• Finding out the right tools for development and making sure that the team proceeds in the right direction
  

Requirements

Must Have

• JavaScript
  

• ES6
  

• NodeJS
  

• ExpressJS, Understanding of Express middlewares.
  

• Database SQL/NoSql.
  

• Understanding of APIs (REST).
  

• Build tools - npm, Webpack/parcel/babel, Babel, ESLint, prettier.
  

• Source control - git.
