Job Summary

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Lead Generation / Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. You should have experience in IT Service/Product based company.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for developing new business via different channels like email and social media platforms to identify appropriate clients within the target market.
  • Generating leads for Web Designing, Mobile Applications Development and Digital marketing.
  • Create sales leads and opportunities in the Global space and generate business on an End-to-End basis.
  • Responsible for searching, qualifying and generating new sales leads.
  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for conducting research to identify potential prospects.
  • Build relationships by initiating communication and conducting follow-ups to transfer the lead into a prospective client.
  • Grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Report on sales revenue generation.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email.
  • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree preferred but not required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills verbal & written.
  • Two-year preferred experience on the same role
  • Extensive use of search engines, LinkedIn etc to generate contacts & leads.
  • Experience in Market research & lead generation.
  • Experience in creating business sales presentations, templates, etc.
  • Must be a self-starter, Target Oriented and self-motivated individual who works well under pressure.
