Job Summary

The System administrator is a member of the windows admin; contributing to the maintenance and support of the Infra system, including azure DevOps, office 365, and capabilities. Ensures capability, flexibility, scalability, performance, and reliability.The ideal candidate should be able to design and implementation of the Office 365 governance and roadmap strategy. This role will require the ability to clearly articulate technical issues both verbally and in writing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage vital IT activities, such as operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
• Knowledge with Office 365 Management and Azure Active Directory
• Maintain an always-available, dependable IT infrastructure and network, and provide day-to-day computer administration and assistance.
• Daily monitoring of the system and prompt response to any security breaches or usability issues.
• Responsible for asset tagging, the maintenance of asset tagging and asset records, and allocations information
• Communicate with the help desk and other teams in order to aid with troubleshooting, discover root issues, and provide technical support when necessary.
• Conduct frequent and scheduled system audits.
• Manage the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows, Ubuntu, and Mac systems.
• Resolve hardware and software faults for remote users by running diagnostics, recording problems and resolutions, prioritising issues, and evaluating their impact.
• Adapt or establish administrative and support procedures to facilitate day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

• Excellent comprehension of Windows, Linux, mac OS, Antivirus, Network, WiFi, IT Security, laptop hardware repair, ITSM/ ITIL
• Schedule hardware/software installs, patches, and upgrades, and verify adherence to specified IT rules and procedures.
• Capable of acting alone and proactively.
• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field; professional certification (such as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is preferred.

• Administrator Certification: AZ-800 OR AZ-801
• Microsoft 365 Certification: MS-900
