Requirements Strong experience in developing Java-based applications using frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. Experience with RESTful web services and Microservices architecture. Solid understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A passion for technology and a commitment to keeping up to date with emerging trends and technologies. Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS or Azure. Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines. Experience with frontend technologies such as ReactJS or AngularJS. Knowledge of database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL. Responsibilities Lead a team of Java developers to design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, project managers, and architects to deliver high-quality software solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and test plans. Conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to coding standards. Qualifications At least 7 years of experience in Java development. At least 2 years of experience in a team lead or managerial role. Expert knowledge of Java programming language and its ecosystem. Skills Coach and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed. Participate in the recruitment and hiring process of new team members. Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in Java and related frameworks and incorporate them into the team's development practices. Ensure that all code is tested thoroughly to minimize bugs and issues. Contribute to the development of a culture of continuous improvement.
