Job Summary

General:

  • Strong experience in driving performance and branding campaigns, specially on Google and Programmatic
  • Business understanding of how users/leads flow through the funnel

Experience: 6-10 years of experience in

  • Planning, implementing and reporting the performance of paid media campaigns to drive business outcomes
  • Media Planning for brand and performance Campaigns
  • Building and Leading a team

  • Google Adwords (Search, Display, Mobile App, Video) and Analytics
  • Google Programmatic / DV360
  • OTT Platforms
  • Other publishers like Times Internet, Sharechat etc
  • Affiliates
  • Mobile attribution platforms (e.g. Appsflyer, Branch)
  • Analytics Automation (e.g. DataStudio)

Qualities:

  • Analytical with a strong understanding of digital advertising
  • Updated on the latest trends on the above mentioned platforms
  • Supporting and mentoring team members (team size of 3-5 initially)

Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategy for large scale campaigns (typical budgets of INR 5 to 25 crores per annum per client)
  • Build relationships with the clients and drive business outcomes from the media perspective
  • Lead and mentor the team to Plan, execute and optimise campaigns
  • Guiding the media and creative team on A/B testing with different ad creatives and landing pages to improve CTR
  • Analyze trends, along with qualitative and quantitative data to recommend campaign changes and updates to the team
  • Training Media Team members on various aspects of paid media
