General Knowledge:
- Understanding of creative and visual and aesthetic aspect of designing
- Understanding of design specifications for creatives for advertising digitally
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in
- Designing ad-creatives for social media campaigns
- Designing websites/ mobile apps
Softwares:
- Photoshop
- Indesign
- Illustrator and their likes
Qualities:
- Thinking outside the box
- Aesthetic sense
- Eye for detail
- Constant hunger to learn experiment more
Responsibilities:
- Ideate and design creatives for social media campaigns
- Design website banners and logos and Apps
- Provide guidance to the Web Team to enhance a website s experience
