POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for an experienced and creative social media specialist to join our Marketing Team at a fast growing and ambitious B2B technology company. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and credibility, improve marketing efforts, and increase sales. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Create and execute on company social media strategy and marketing calendar, in coordination with broader Marketing and Sales team Maintain company social media presence across key social platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook), including both corporate and executive profiles Collaborate with other departments and subject matter experts to craft engaging content and messaging around projects, case studies, and industry thought leadership Draft and publish digital communication collateral when required, including future case studies or blogs Influence new product marketing and own the social strategy of all future service offerings Create original and engaging text, images, and video content and marketing collateral Maintain a unified brand voice and visual identity across channels Actively monitor industry news, keywords, influencers, and conversations, and participate in relevant discussions in real-time to build brand visibility and thought leadership Interact with users and respond to social media inquiries and comments Identify and analyze issues, patterns, and trends within the targeted industry and competitor social profiles Establish social media metrics/KPIs and report on a regular basis, including making recommendations based on collected data Keep apprised on the latest social media best practices, platforms, and technologies; recommend best-in-class social platforms or management tools for adoption Manage employee social platform and coordinate engagement activities within the Culture team REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS This candidate should be a tech-savvy and detail-oriented communicator and creative thinker, who is excited to transform businesses for the future. Must Have: Positive attitude with a passion for collaboration Proven experience as a social media specialist or similar role proven growth metrics a plus Excellent grammar and communication skills (written and verbal) Strong copywriting with little need for proofreading Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, functionality, analytics, and best practices Ability to understand social metrics and engagement data and quickly pivot the social strategy as needed Proficient in asset creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar digital tools Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar Preference will be given to candidates with: Experience in B2B / Technology industry Keyword research knowledge, SEO/SEM skills, and web traffic metrics expertise Experience with social media advertising and LinkedIn promoted posts BENEFITS Fulltime remote position, work-from-home Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage 401k matching
