Reporting To - Business Lead

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling and lead generation for prospective empanelment
  • Follow up calls with the positive leads
  • Agreement negotiation and finalisation
  • On field client meetings whenever required

Required Skills:

  • Min. 2 years of Business Development experience in the Recruitment sector
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Open to travel within their residence city
