Job Summary

Job Responsibilities :

  • Liasoning with banks / MFs / institutions for borrowings
  • ALM Management
  • Liasoning with IPA, NSDL, R&T, arrangers, rating agencies for rating surveillance.
  • Daily Cashflow Management and ensuring sufficient liquidity for the future.
  • Investment of surplus funds
  • Facilitating Due Diligence and execution of documents for term loans, CP, NCD.
  • Interest calculation and payment
  • Managing Treasury MIS
  • Striving for reduction of cost of funds

What we are looking for?

  • CA / MBA with 5-7 years of experience from NBFC / HFC
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong relations with Banks and other FIs
Experience Required :

5 to 7 Years
