Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

Achieve the target of Vendor enrolment

Ensure all essential terms and conditions of vendor management before the sign of company.

Coordinate with the vendor in case of any dispute.

Develops and implements the management strategy for all Hill s

Manage the Enrolment of Drivers, Vendors and operational profiles.

Develop a network of operational contacts that will support the work of the Business Development Team.


Skills Required:

Transportation, Supply Chain Management or related field of study preferred.

Having good knowledge into logistics, or supply chain management industry. In-depth knowledge of different services provided by the company.

Demonstrated success in developing sales plans, analyzing profitability of prospects, and the ability to understand the competitive influences and risks associated with individual accounts.

Demonstrated success in leading, supervising, managing, motivating and developing individuals and high performance teams.

Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments.

Ability to develop strong business relationships within all levels of organizations.
