Job Summary

Qualifications

  • Expand existing accounts to grow the business to the next level.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans with corporate goals in mind.
  • Develop business partnership with clients through a process that supports mutual, profitable growth while positioning synthetic resources as their main supplier; develop new client accounts in all fields associated with IT/Data management, cloud Infrastructure, software project developments, development & implementation of cloud and digital technologies and operating multi-cloud environments & services related to virtual agents, chatbots using AI (Artificial Intelligent) engagement platforms.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for new clients - projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new services.
  • Maintain sales volume with ideal selling price through evaluating competition, economic indicators, and current supply and demands.
  • Flexible schedule is necessary for the position (occasional weekends for tradeshows, traveling, visiting clients across the country, etc.) - meets with key clients, maintaining relationships and negotiating/closing deals.
  • Participates in and influences ongoing business planning and client-based product feature prioritization activities for better sales and increasing company revenue.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+years related business experience.
  • Have strong services sales leadership, and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • At least 5 years in consulting business for IT services and solutions including preferred experience with Big 4 Consulting Firms: IE EY, Deloitte, Accenture PwC, TCS, Cognizant, etc.
  • Experience in Sales - cloud platforms and digital technology
  • Experience in Sales - within the healthcare industry is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills (collaboration, presentation, influence, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with effective communication
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong customer service skills focused on relationship development.
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to focus on outcomes and results for personal and company development.
  • Deep sense of urgency, drive/ambition, strategic thinking, and tactical actions
  • Kindness, flexibility, adaptability with a constant investment in learning and growing.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $170,000
