Job Summary
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter & familiar with Target Based hiring: 3 to 5 Years relevant in IT industry, Male/Female candidate preferred.
- Hands on experience in End-to- End recruitment process, Sourcing- Screening-Interviewing-Selection-Negotiation & On boarding.
- Expertise in core IT Recruitments with niche platforms, Microsoft, MEAN/MERN/LAMP Stack, React Native/Flutter/iOS, Open Source technologies.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process & good negotiation skills.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for roles & responsibility.
