Experience in software development and OO programming
Experience in J2EE, Spring MVC, STRUTS
Good knowledge of RDBMS including MySQL/Oracle/PLSQL
Understanding of unit testing, build automation
Sharp and smart, good troubleshooting skills
Should possess good communication skills both verbal and written
Desired Skills
JSF, JBoss
Experience with version control like Git, SVN, Perforce, etc.
Knows how to keep up with daily deployment, Agile development and Scrum-like process
Education
Formal education in Computer Science theory (B.E. /B. Tech. Comp Sci, MCS, MCA, CDAC)
Professional Skills:
Participate in all aspects of product design and development with a highly collaborative team
Should possess time management skills and should be able to work under strict deadlines
The candidate should have an ability to work in a team environment as well as work individually, should be a self-starter
