Job Summary

• Minimumof5-8yearsofworkexperience(preferablyinoperationsroles)
• Priorexperienceinprocessdesignandoperationsimplementation(preferablyinworkingin ecommerce/FMCG industries).
• Priorleadershipexperience(experienceinmanagingbluecollarworkerssuchasdeliveryexecutivesand StoreManagers isa bigplus)
• Strongtimemanagementskillsandtheabilitytoprioritizeinordertomeetdaily,weekly,andlong-term requirementsand goals
• Data analytics skills / should be comfortable working with SQL and excellentproficiencyinMSexcel.Shouldhavetheintuitiontousedataeffectivelyfordevisingoperationsstrategy
• Structuredproblemsolving,detailorientedandcustomerfirstattitude.
• Knowledgeofsupervisorytechniquestomanage,motivateandtrainemployees
