JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Shifts: Rotational for Male (Depending on the business requirements) 6:00 am to 9:00pm (Any 9 hours between that) for Females. Salary: 14000 to 23000 (Depending on last salary and skills) + Incentives and bonus -- Outbound calls to companies in English speaking countries and perform lead pre-qualification and contact verification. -- Ability to speak effectively with Right Party contact gate keepers and operators and collect the required information -- Undertake simple secondary research work as required. -- Good understanding of Web research from Social media (LinkedIn etc.)

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• -- At least over 1 year of experience with Voice process -- Good communication skills -- B2B Lead Generation -- Should possess basic MS Excel skills -- Graduate/ Post Graduate Any specialization -- Team player ambitious & aspiring Ability to work under pressure & target oriented
