We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling a combination of email chats and inbound processes. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information via email chats and inbound calls.
Assist customers in resolving issues, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer concerns.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.
Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
Follow company policies and procedures while adhering to customer service guidelines.
Continuously strive to meet or exceed performance targets.
Qualifications:
Graduation from a recognized university.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Prior experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems.
Salary and Benefits:
