Job Summary

Slidesigma is seeking a creative and results-driven Web Designer to join our team for a Full-Time position. A minimum of three years of experience and a strong portfolio is in order for the candidate to be considered for this opportunity.

Experience

3-6 Years

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Working closely with our creative team under the direct supervision of Program Manager, Graphic Designer, and Senior Developer
  • Developing digital strategies including optimization and A/B testing
  • Working with team to execute design projects from conception to delivery including but not limited to illustrations, infographics, and blog post design
  • Drafting and developing design standards in addition to demonstrating a strong understanding of interactive design and visual layouts
  • Assists with the design of responsive website layouts and web applications to ensure consistency in aesthetics and performance across all platforms while meeting branding requirements
  • Designing projects that include but are not limited to e-mail marketing campaigns, landing pages, and promo pages

Requirements

  • College Graduate Bachelor or Master in Web Design, Visual Arts, or a related field from a reputable university
  • Three years + of experience in web and graphic design with a strong portfolio of previous work
  • Expert in the use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or other visual design and wire framing tools
  • Proficient in HTML / CSS, and JavaScript in addition to Agile/Scrum development processes
  • Experienced in Front End frameworks
  • Up-to-date on the latest technologies and web trends
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Minimum qualification requirement

Preferred - Located in New Delhi

Required - Good command over English
