Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Executive helps drive opportunities through our sales funnel. We are searching for a sales & Marketing expert to work in collaboration with our team to sell custom website and digital marketing solutions. Key responsibilities includes

  • Marketing and promoting company's services and products.
  • Generating appointments and meeting clients.
  • Providing client with appropriate ideas such that the client s needs are fulfilled and meet.
  • To provide excellent customer service.
  • Communicating courteously with customers via telephone, email and face to face on a day to day basis and doing follow-up.
  • Investigating and solving customer s problems which may be complex or long-standing problems.
  • Handling customer complaints or any major incidents.
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
  • Analyzing statistics and other data to ensure better customer service.
  • Maintaining reports, feedback or complaints if any for better work procedure.
  • Ensuring that the project so undertaken is carried out and delivered on time.
  • Learning about the organisation's products or services and keeping up to date with the changes in the market;
  • Keeping ahead of developments in customer service by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending courses.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of Business development experience in an enterprise, consultative selling environment
  • Experience selling digital solutions and a basic understanding of web architecture and marketing
  • Proven track record of success achieving sales targets
  • Driven, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
  • Confident personality and willing to go above and beyond for our prospects and clients
