Primary Responsibilities: HR Business Partner
1. Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance overall business performance.
2. Talent Acquisition and Retention: Lead the recruitment process for key positions, ensuring a diverse and qualified talent pool. Implement effective retention strategies to nurture talent and reduce turnover.
3. Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, handling employee relations matters with fairness and confidentiality. Mediate conflicts and promote a positive workplace culture.
4. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management programs that align with company goals. Provide coaching to managers on performance feedback and improvement strategies.
5. Learning and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs. Encourage continuous learning and skill enhancement across the organization.6. Compensation and Benefits: Work closely with the compensation and benefits team to design competitive and attractive compensation packages. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
7. Compliance: Stay updated on labour laws and regulations. Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with legal requirements and ethical standards.
8. Data Analysis: Utilize HR analytics to track key HR metrics, analyse trends, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.
