POSTED ON: September 25th, 2016 Skyking Courier Service(Skyking) is looking for for Delivery Personnel, who will represent the company in-front of its customers.

Key Responsibilities Delivering Shipments, Internal Reporting, Resolving Delivery Issues

Co-coordinating with other Customer Service Representatives within Skyking and providing effective resolutions to Customer's queries

Managing Delivery Reports

Assisting the sales team in their day-to-day operations

Responding to pick-up/special delivery requests

Requirments Minimum 1 year experience in courier or e-commerce delivery

Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills, judgment and decision making skills, ability to work under continual deadline pressure and ability to understand and coach/teach others, show high level of ethics and team work. Proficient in Hindi and one regional language

Basic computer operating skills

Bike Driver is a must
