Role & Responsibility Arranging fresher drives for candidates and ensuring maximum selection of our candidates Visiting clients, giving presentation about organizations credentials, getting requirement for fresher hire, followup with clients. Database generation, Lead generation, Calling, setting up appointments with HR Manager, CTO, PM, who takes care of recruitment for. Arranging Career Fest Event exclusively for fresher and ensuring maximum selection. Connecting with decision makers in hiring organisation companies, on social media groups and other forums Tapping opportunities for train and hire model Involves travelling in Pune, Mumbai and any other city if required Supporting Sales team in closing sales from Placements perspective Record keeping, tracking students profile, calls, selection and rejection analysis Any additional tasks assigned time to time as and when required
