Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Discussion with functional team on business requirement, solution and successful implementation.
- Enhancement and development of ETL tasks as per business requirement.
- AMS support as L2 and ticket resolution within SLA
- ETL Development monitoring and support
- Create and maintain documentation for all ETL related development and enhancement.
- Data loading from different data source (Oracle, SAP,IoT, Flat files, Unstructured data)
- Support to AIX/DBA/Network team for their activities and issue resolution.
- Ensure follow of best practices and maintain best reporting standards.
- Faster solution to adhoc data requests from business.
- Performance tuning and enforcing Informatica/Azure Data Factory best practices
DESIRED COMPETENCIES FOR THE JOB:
Desired Technical / Functional Competencies
- 4 to 5 Years of exp. in the ETL development using tools like Informatica, Azure data factory
- Expert knowledge of BI and data warehousing concepts
- Working experience on Unix/AIX/ commands and able to apply best practices while doing the ETL development.
- Working knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL),Data Modeling/ Data Transformation
- Knowledge of basic of statistical algorithms and data structures
- Working experience with structure and unstructured data
- Experience on reporting tool like OBIEE, Power BI will bepreferred
- Functional knowledge of Manufacturing (Automobile) Domain will be preferred
