Roles and Responsibilities

Position Summary

Create the strategic framework for Outbound Marketing and the operational framework for integrated campaign management and delivery
Ensure successful execution of various performance marketing initiatives by leveraging outbound marketing platforms
End to end ownership of campaigns covering definition, execution, measurement, reporting and optimization. This will cover various digital formats and channels
Re-engage programs for all visiting customers on our digital assets

Roles and Responsibilities :
Leverage various platforms like Advertising platforms, listening tools, Campaign management platforms, Social platforms and alike, to orchestrate successful campaigns across the entire digital ecosystem
Single node and owner of orchestration of outbound digital marketing initiatives and programs
Leverage the play of permutations that emerge from the plethora of formats and channels of engagement with the customer
Work with various COEs within the function and outside to manage various elements of each program


KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT:
Define and execute integrated digital marketing programs using technology platforms
End to end ownership of each outbound campaigns

PERFORMANCE MARKETING :
Drive campaign optimization through rapid A/B testing and iteration by leveraging COEs within the function
Leverage analytics and BI inputs to improve campaign efficiencies
Manage funnel ratios and report drop funnel metrics with an action plan

CROSS FUNCTIONAL & CROSS-COE COLLABORATION:
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence within and outside the function
Work with Analytics & BI to leverage data and drive higher ROIs
Work with Digital Capabilities COE to create new assets and enhance current asset outputs

Desired Candidate Profile :
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Understanding of digital marketing ecosystem
Direct Hands On experience of running large performance campaigns
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels like Email, SMS, Push notifications, SEM, Programmatic, Cross Device Tracking, Remarketing and Display, and alike
Strong experience in using data / insights & analytics to drive marketing decisions and strategy

Comfort with marketing technology interface and abreast of latest mobile technologies
