Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop a productive team of Credit analysts and managers by hiring, training and providing
professional development.
Formulation, implementation and continuous review of product credit policies, guidelines
and frame work. Finalise credit note templates for analysis.
Develop and negotiate structuring recommendations within the framework of credit policy
and philosophy.
Approve/Reject as per policy parameters and delegation of authority.
Verify and guide team in the analysis of financials, industry, promoters, management and
business of the applicant organisation.
Finalise rating and grading of proposals based on individual risk parameters.
Supervise due diligence process to ensure quality of the portfolio.
Review the portfolio for any early warning signals and industry indicators and act upon it.
Monitor performance of Dealers.
Close follow up of stressed accounts to achieve optimal and acceptable portfolio at risk.
Prepare a framework to benchmark proposals for industry specific risks.
Ensure continuous industry, peer interactions to be abreast of the market.
Experience Required :

10 to 15 Years
