OVERVIEW:

Requires deep functional expertise on SumTotal Product, and excellent leadership skills. Architect will participate in collecting business and system requirements from internal stakeholders, Solution the needs and propose best practices. Guide and Mentor all the QAs

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:

• Implementation of customizations for various clients.
• Upgrading clients (hosted/on-premise) to latest versions.
• Understand the functional specification documents (Data flow Diagrams) and implement the same.
• Upgrade custom artefacts to latest versions.
• Work in collaboration with US teams for execution of work.
• Deliver the work on committing time with good quality
• Functional design Architecture for new features
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
• Ability to evaluate and select new technology quickly
• Do effective code and unit-test case reviews
• Build future proof solutions
• Identify tools to keep a check on Product
• Innovative solutions and act as a stakeholder to review and suggest best practices on any product features with every release"

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Requirement gathering, definition, and documentation experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Learning Domain
• Demonstrate API testing (SOAP, RestClients)
• Design solutions for customers
• Third-party Integration- Solutioning and Designs
• Database Testing
• Agile Methodology
• Data Migrations Solutioning
• Bug Logging (JIRA)
• Windows / Mac / Linux
• Reporting
• Accessibility Compliance
• RDBMS: MS-SQL Server 2005/2008, Oracle 11g
• Standards: XML, XSLT, Web Services Experience with business applications such as Word, Excel and Project and time tracking systems
• Process improvement experience
• Basic knowledge of some or all of the following technologies: SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL), VB, Javascript, ASP, XML, Cognos Reports, SQL Server, Oracle, IIS, firewalls, proxies, SMTP, and general Windows OS and network security
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal), presentation & organizational skills
• Good problem-solving skills and analytical ability
• Ability to prioritize tasks at hand for self and team"

REQUIREMENTS (NICE-TO-HAVES) / PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• PMP or PRINCE 2 Certification or equivalent
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• Aptitude for technology, able to learn new tools quickly"
