Job Summary
- Experience in a core team/Founders Office role at a Series A- Series E stage crypto startup
- A solid understanding and previous work experience in the crypto ecosystem is a must.
- Past expertise & experience in crypto exchanges, market making desk, custodians, protocols or projects is a must.
- Ability to build a network in the crypto ecosystem, understanding of concepts and critical infrastructure is expected.
- Willingness to hustle get their hands dirty, and comfort with ambiguity
- Someone who enjoys taking ownership learns quickly and has a bias for action
- Should be able to work with multiple internal and external stakeholder
- Has the ability to break down a problem into smaller chunks and the ability to balance between the big picture and tactical activities
