• Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (like Django or Flask)

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field

• Master s degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, or EE.

• Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple work assignments simultaneously.

• Eight or more years in the telecom industry focused on technology.

• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.

• Ability to lead technical discussions with a group of individuals in the industry with varying technical positions.
