Job Description
You would manage, control, and protect the organization's IT hardware assets throughout their life cycle, from acquisition through final disposition. As an asset management executive, you d aim to maximize your employer s return on investment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Enter the details of the newly procured /transferred assets in the system
Generate Asset Code
Ensure the Asset Codes are pasted on the assets
Allocate the asset to the user as instructed
Logging calls for installation / break-fix of assets
Manage IT Asset Master & Asset Movement Tracker from branch to branch
Ensure inventory of all the assets with user details are regularly updated in ITSM tool
Coordinate with Help desk team, vendors and users via emails
Generate Asset Management reports, Inventory reports
As per requirement, handling transfer of asset from one location to another
Vendor management (warranty/AMC)
Conduct physical verification of assets once in a year (Pan-India level)
Generate variance report based on the physically verified data
Managing Exit clearance end to end by coordinating with various internal teams
Requirement
2-4 years experience handling IT back-officeoperations
Familiarity of ITIL terminology / process
Ability to multi-task
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Attention to details
