1. Age: 18 years to 35 years

2. Minimum Qualification Intermediate (or +2 equivalent).


3. Maximum Qualification Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students)

4. Experience Any Under Grad or Graduate Freshers.

5. Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken skills in English

6. Shifts: Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)


Primary Job Responsibilities

International Non Voice (Technical Support)

  • Responsibility: Provide Technical Support to International Customers
  • Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts.
  • Desired Skills: Need Excellent Communication skills and written skills in English.
  • Must Have strong Technical Knowledge(Hardware, Software and networking Concepts)
  • Working Days: 5 days working
  • Weekly Offs: 2 Week Offs(Rotational and Split)
  • Transport: Home Pickup and Home Drop.
  • Rounds of Interview: JAM, HR, Voice and Accent, Tech Test, Typing Test Operations Round.
  • All Interviews will happen over telephonic or Skype.

Job Summary

  • Answers inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and management. Consistently achieves call quality score goals in order to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent in a related fieldBachelors in a combination of education and work experience

Experience Target

  • Call Center experience a plus
